Case Studies – Lymphoma Action
Background
Middlesex Flooring were recommended to the Chief Executive of Lymphoma action. After a failed move to new offices they decided that they would stay in their current premisies. However, after 20 years they were in need of an update. Being a charity, funds were limited and they asked if there was anything we could do to assist in updating the floor coverings throughout the offices to bring it up to date. MFL took on the challenge to assist where possible.
Approach
After visits to the charity to understand what they needed we approached our suppliers & manufactures to see if they would partner with us to help out. Due to the tremendous work that the charity does our suppliers didn’t need much persuading and come to the party. We managed to source all the materials free of charge, which included carpet tiles, LVT, stair nosings and all the sundry items to carry out the works. Gradus, Gerflor & F Ball all provided what we needed. We were more than happy to install the flooring as a gesture of goodwill to the charity.

The result
Having now installed the new floor coverings which transformed the offices from looking worn and tired to now appearing fresh and modern giving the staff a huge lift in their new working environment.
